During the second year of your baby's life your toddler learns to 'toddle' then walk and becomes a toddler. Many important changes happen in the next two years including independence, increased mobility, potty-training, first words and eventually being able to speak whole sentences. You may even encounter the delight of toddler tantrums as your toddler's independence combines with his new skills at being assertive. Through the tears and picky-eating, your toddler will continue to amuse and entertain you and through our monthly guides we hint at what might be in store for you both over the next two years.
